Key employment criteria for our machinery operators
– Harvester Operators
o Ideally previous harvester experience but we will consider persons with other machinery experience
o Class One driver licence with “W” endorsement (with no traffic violations)
o Previous vintage experience is a distinct advantage
– Tractor/Gondola Operators
o Previous tractor/gondola experience
o Class One driver license
o Previous vintage experience is a distinct advantage
Transport to/from vineyards is often by company supplied vehicles, however, each employee is required to have his/her own transport should it be necessary.
Vintage positions are required to be filled from mid-March to mid-April each year.
